Andy Cohen And Giuliana Rancic - Miss Universe 2012 Host

Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic will host the 2012 Miss Universe Pageant Dec. 19 on NBC, 8-10 p.m., live from Las Vegas.

Donald Trump and his Miss Universe Organization President Paula Shugart confirmed today that Bravo personality Andy Cohen and “E! News” star Giuliana Rancic will host the global, two-hour 2012 Miss Universe Pageant to 190 countries from Planet Hollywood on Dec. 19. Based on last year’s ratings, the Donald expects more than 1 billion viewers to watch.

More than 80 contestants will arrive on the Strip on Dec. 2 for the 61st annual Miss Universe Pageant. "The Miss Universe competition heads to Las Vegas for what will be another exciting show for our fans and contestants," said Shugart in a statement.

"Andy and Giuliana are the perfect duo and the ideal hosts for this show. It's obvious they have a lot of fun on stage, which in turn makes it a great experience for the audience. We look forward to collaborating with them and our partners, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, on this worldwide telecast."
